Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth to healthcare professionals.
- Develop customized treatment plans that cater to the distinctive needs of medical workers.
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation of each patient’s progress.
- Engage in collaboration with a diverse and supportive team of healthcare professionals, encompassing both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with an understanding of various communication styles.
- Proficiency in telemedicine tools or online video platforms.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
- Experience utilizing clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to evaluate client progress and outcomes.
- Must possess a valid license as a therapist (LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) or psychologist (PsyD/PhD) in South Carolina.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals.
- Previous experience providing services to healthcare professionals or first responders is preferred.
- A strong desire to collaborate and learn within a dynamic team environment.

- Competitive hourly compensation of $55-70 for LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC;
- $80 per hour for PsyD/PhD Psychologists.
