Remote Mental Health Therapist | WFH Opportunity

Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic part-time Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist to deliver telehealth psychotherapy services specifically to medical first responders. This role allows you to significantly impact the mental health of healthcare professionals who are vital on the front lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth to healthcare professionals.
• Develop customized treatment plans that cater to the distinctive needs of medical workers.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of each patient’s progress.
• Engage in collaboration with a diverse and supportive team of healthcare professionals, encompassing both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an understanding of various communication styles.
• Proficiency in telemedicine tools or online video platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
• Experience utilizing clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to evaluate client progress and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid license as a therapist (LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) or psychologist (PsyD/PhD) in South Carolina.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals.
• Previous experience providing services to healthcare professionals or first responders is preferred.
• A strong desire to collaborate and learn within a dynamic team environment.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation of $55-70 for LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC;
