Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual psychotherapy to healthcare professionals via telemedicine.
• Craft tailored therapeutic treatment plans for medical first responders.
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and treatment advancements.
• Benefit from a seamless operational experience as our team manages all logistics, including credentialing, referrals, scheduling, billing, and accounting.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and online communication tools.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT).
• Capability to utilize clinical assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid therapist license in South Carolina (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual therapy.
• Previous experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation ranges from $55-70/hr for LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LMHC.
