Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with a supportive team to advance our mission of improving mental health access in the community.
- Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in setting and achieving their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client interaction, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews.
- Manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate care with case managers, families, schools, and other relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Engage in additional tasks that support your role and contribute to team goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to complete documentation promptly.
- Experience working with a diverse clientele and a strong commitment to cultural competence.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is preferred; however, LCSWs with outpatient therapy experience will also be considered. Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts.
- Experience in mental health evaluations, treatment planning, and writing clinical case notes is essential.
