Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with a supportive team to advance our mission of improving mental health access in the community.
• Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in setting and achieving their personal goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client interaction, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, schools, and other relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions.
• Engage in additional tasks that support your role and contribute to team goals.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to complete documentation promptly.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and a strong commitment to cultural competence.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is preferred; however, LCSWs with outpatient therapy experience will also be considered. Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts.
• Experience in mental health evaluations, treatment planning, and writing clinical case notes is essential.
