Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to grasp clients' distinct needs.
- Deliver individual therapy to facilitate clients on their journey to improved mental health.
- Collaborate on developing personalized treatment plans aimed at helping clients achieve their objectives.
- Employ standardized outcome measures to monitor and evaluate client progress.
- Provide brief crisis counseling and formulate risk management and safety strategies.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to broaden your professional skills and knowledge.
- Maintain organization by updating the electronic health record (EHR) calendar to support centralized scheduling.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
- Proficiency in delivering individual therapy effectively.
- Familiarity with treatment planning and crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills necessary for maintaining electronic health records.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
