Job Overview

In this vital position, you will contribute to reshaping mental health treatment by utilizing a unique approach that prioritizes the individual's well-being. You will engage with clients through modern technology, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions are both relevant and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake and program calls (70% of your responsibilities): Facilitate 30-40 minute intake calls and 30-minute check-ins with clients via Zoom.
  • Provide clinical support (30% of your responsibilities): Interact with participants through our online dashboard via clinical chat, offering guidance throughout their 12-week program.
  • Monitor progress: Track participant advancements and reach out M-F via chat to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to optimize participant engagement and development.
  • Maintain documentation: Ensure accurate record-keeping that adheres to ethical and legal standards.
  • Offer product feedback: Share insights to enhance our treatment platform and methodologies.
  • Foster team collaboration: Contribute to a culture characterized by transparency, mindfulness, integrity, and passion.

Required Skills

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Fully licensed (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist) in any U.S. state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience, particularly with adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues.
  • Proficiency in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
  • Cultural competence in working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusion.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based care practices with a compassionate and mindful approach.
  • Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, with an interest in increasing hours as you grow in this role.
