Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Therapist who is fluent in Spanish to join our innovative and rapidly expanding remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to transform mental health care by integrating advanced technology and a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring accessibility and positive outcomes for clients across diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct therapy sessions, dedicating approximately 70% of your time to 30-40 minute intake and brief check-in calls with clients via Zoom.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients through our online dashboard, facilitating guidance and check-ins via clinical chat throughout a 12-week program.
  • Collaborate effectively with a dynamic team of fellow therapists, healthcare professionals, and founders to promote high engagement and successful program outcomes.
  • Maintain precise, ethical, and legal documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance our therapeutic framework and improve the app experience for our clients.

Required Skills

  • A Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related discipline, accompanied by full licensure (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in any U.S. state.
  • A minimum of 3 years of independently licensed clinical experience, specifically with adults facing moderate to severe mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, burnout, and stress.
  • Preferred expertise in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based practices paired with a compassionate, mindfulness-focused approach to care.
  • Cultural competence to effectively engage with a variety of client backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with remote work tools, complemented by a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving aptitude to navigate changes and uncertainties.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Required full licensure and a minimum of three years of clinical practice experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with adults experiencing significant mental health issues.
