Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children, parents, and families.
- Employ evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
- Maintain clinical documentation, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, through a secure online platform.
- Engage in weekly case reviews and team meetings to promote comprehensive care and professional growth.
- Master's-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
- A minimum of 1 year of independent clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
- Proficient in treating common childhood mental health disorders utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Comfortable with technology and enthusiastic about incorporating digital tools into clinical practice.
- A strong commitment to providing accessible mental health services.
- Must not be opted out of Medicare.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for improving access to quality behavioral health care.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: \(103,000 - \)120,000 per year (W2, full-time), based on your preferred schedule.
- Sign-On & Retention Bonus: $2,000 within the first year.
