Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Primary Duties:
- Offer one-on-one therapy sessions via video conferencing.
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Support clients in processing emotions, behaviors, and life experiences.
- Adjust therapeutic approaches based on progress and feedback.
- Keep up-to-date documentation in compliance with best practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- At least three years of experience in outpatient care.
- Ability to work independently while staying organized.
- Proficiency in digital documentation systems.
