- Assess the clinical needs of callers, delivering safe and effective interventions tailored to their situations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of clinical interactions, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and relayed to appropriate programs.

- Monitor individuals requiring suicide watch or additional safety follow-ups, tracking their progress diligently.
