Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services including individual, family, group, and marital therapy.
• Offer telehealth services to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Uphold agency standards for billable services.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, peer reviews, supervision sessions, and program evaluations to foster a collaborative environment.
• Provide emergency services, community education, and case management as required.
• Mentor and supervise practicum students, contributing to their professional development.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing staff development and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Behavioral Science field.
• Valid Illinois State License in Professional Counseling (LPC) or Social Work (LSW or LCSW).

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from \(22.23 to \)28.44, along with a sign-on bonus of $1,000.
