Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage the execution of digital and print advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive insights and assist sales representatives in pinpointing new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads by capturing and relaying them to sales representatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of digital advertising campaigns, providing timely updates to sales reps and management.
- Offer general administrative support as needed, including covering for vacations and assisting with events.
- Demonstrated experience in a support or administrative capacity, preferably within media or advertising sectors.
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in prioritizing multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging in high levels of social interaction.
- Familiarity with outbound sales initiatives and business-to-business (B2B) communications.
- Experience with sales CRM software and Google Ad Manager is advantageous.
