- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for processing checks and maintaining financial records.
- Transition to a paperless working environment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries while maintaining professional communication with clients.
- Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring prompt and effective responses to client needs.
- Assist with client correspondence and support various administrative tasks, including email communication.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent time management.
