- Formulate an annual business plan with clear objectives aligned with overall company goals.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, with regular updates provided to senior management.
- Direct daily operations of the Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service Teams.
- Oversee all social media and online marketing activities, addressing client feedback and reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate relationships with key commercial accounts and industry stakeholders.
- Champion the professional growth of the Marketing Team through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Engage actively in local events, coordinating with critical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Generate reports and updates for the owner and General Manager as required.
- Work alongside division managers to ensure a top-notch customer experience across all operations.
- Participate in strategic meetings and assist in recruiting, hiring, and training Marketing Team members.
- Organize and oversee major franchise marketing initiatives and networking events.
- Manage the Marketing Coordinator and assist in preparing key tracking and reporting documents.
- Ensure the accurate submission of expense reports in collaboration with the Accounts Payable Department.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets with intermediate math skills.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of job costing, ROI tracking, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing management, preferably in the restoration industry.
