Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise and timely data entry and validation to bolster the enterprise sales strategy
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email
- Organize and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and webinars on a weekly basis
- Deliver administrative and business support to enhance sales revenue and maintain customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales leaders and the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials
- Initiate outreach to identify key decision-makers through research, cold calling, and email communications
- Follow up with leads generated from trade shows, webinars, and the company website
- Prepare and coordinate special reports and projects as directed
- Partner closely with the enterprise account team to cultivate new business opportunities
- Attend weekly meetings with the enterprise sales team, documenting and disseminating meeting minutes
- Uphold required sales processes for Salesforce and engage in other assigned tasks as necessary, which may include occasional travel
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and Office 365, with a strong aptitude for technical tools
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail
- High energy with a self-motivated and ambitious disposition
- Ability to effectively assess client needs and propose feasible solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging in cold calling and lead prospecting
- An Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the Hospitality sector or sales administration is advantageous
- Proven professionalism and sound judgment in business interactions
- Familiarity with administrative record-keeping and sales reporting processes
- Capable of representing the company in a positive and professional manner
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting
