Total compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience, with a target salary of $45,000 plus commission. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and accurate data entry to support our enterprise sales initiatives.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, directing queries to relevant properties.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the enterprise sales team, including coordinating meetings and presentations.
- Facilitate revenue growth by assisting in customer retention efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral.
- Research and reach out to key decision-makers through cold calling and email campaigns.
- Follow up with leads generated from trade shows, webinars, and our website.
- Prepare special reports and project updates for management.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, documenting key takeaways and action items.
- Support the enforcement of sales processes through Salesforce and other tools as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration or the Hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service orientation.
- Strong technical proficiency, including Salesforce.com, GoToMeeting, and Office 365.
- Energetic, self-driven individual with a passion for driving results.
- Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with integrity and sound judgment.
- Comfort with initiating cold calls and prospecting.
