Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Administer employee benefits, acting as a liaison between staff and providers to address inquiries and support benefit selections.
- Assist in executing the annual performance management program, including setting timelines and managing relevant documentation.
- Maintain meticulous employee records within HR systems to ensure compliance and support organizational needs.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and vendor relations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing company events.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in People Operations Coordination or a related capacity.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, with Paylocity experience considered a plus, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling relationship building across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.
- An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Hiring Range: \(23 - \)26/hour (based on a 37.5-hour work week).
