Job Overview

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's mission by enhancing our talent acquisition, HR administration, employee engagement, and office operations. This position is key to ensuring a seamless operational flow while fostering an inclusive and engaging environment for our team members dedicated to creating life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Administer employee benefits, acting as a liaison between staff and providers to address inquiries and support benefit selections.
  • Assist in executing the annual performance management program, including setting timelines and managing relevant documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous employee records within HR systems to ensure compliance and support organizational needs.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and vendor relations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing company events.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in People Operations Coordination or a related capacity.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, with Paylocity experience considered a plus, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling relationship building across all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

  • An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Hiring Range: \(23 - \)26/hour (based on a 37.5-hour work week).
  • Time Off: 15 PTO days, 8 Sick Days, 8 Paid Holidays, 3 Floating Holidays, and additional days for employee appreciation and volunteer opportunities.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, alongside a 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan with a 25% match on the initial 6% of contributions.
  • Eligibility for student loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
