Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Recovery Program Manager to ensure efficient operations of the recovery homes, maintaining them in excellent condition to provide a secure and supportive recovery environment.
- Engage in the processes of residential intake, discharge, and the formulation of individualized care plans.
- Monitor and uphold resident compliance with program regulations and policies, meticulously recording participation and outcomes to sustain a drug and alcohol-free environment.
- Administer drug screenings and conduct room inspections as directed to enforce recovery-focused protocols.
- Promote teamwork through effective communication, thorough documentation, and adherence to policies while participating in training sessions and team-building meetings.
- Maintain a daily presence in recovery homes when staff are not assigned, utilizing remote services as necessary.
- Assist residents in accessing food resources and support their daily needs.
- Attend meetings as required and aid the Recovery Program Manager in upholding necessary facility certifications and licenses.
- Compile reports for grants, funding, and referrals in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with community partners and referral agencies to enhance service quality through strategic communication.
- Stay informed about developments in the field by attending workshops, meetings, and conferences as designated.
- Report necessary repairs or updates to the Recovery Program Manager, CEO, and maintenance personnel.
- Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting communications from various referral sources and service providers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional engagement with external agencies.
- Competent in applying basic mathematical operations for tasks related to operational metrics and reports.
- Strong reasoning skills to identify and define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions.
- A minimum of two to four years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and training is essential.
- Familiarity with recovery principles and programming associated with chemical dependency is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license; additional certifications/licenses may be required to fulfill essential responsibilities.
