Key Responsibilities
- Manage a fundraising portfolio with an annual goal of up to $750,000.
- Develop and execute a proactive strategy to strengthen corporate and foundation partnerships to increase contributions.
- Conduct comprehensive research on potential prospects and prepare persuasive letters of inquiry that secure five- and six-figure philanthropic commitments.
- Establish and maintain relationships through over 100 virtual and in-person meetings annually with corporate and foundation leaders to gauge their interest in supporting our mission.
- Create tailored presentations to attract corporate sponsorships and develop recognition opportunities that align with our organization's policies.
- Draft competitive proposals for corporate and foundation funding, including impactful narratives, budgets, and necessary submission materials.
- Guide prospects and donors through the moves management cycle—identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship—to secure gifts in alignment with annual goals.
- Implement a comprehensive stewardship plan to retain and expand partnerships with corporate and foundation supporters.
- Ensure accurate outreach and stewardship metrics are maintained in Salesforce for each account.
- Collaborate with the Regional Advancement Officer to effectively engage Advisory Board members.
- Lead the planning and execution of our annual Cornerstone fundraising event.
- Proven ability to foster and maintain long-term relationships with fundraising constituents to support their philanthropic objectives.
- Strong project management skills and initiative to achieve moves management goals in outreach, visits, solicitations, and stewardship.
- Excellent communication skills to build enduring relationships with donors through proactive engagement.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM databases, with familiarity in Salesforce viewed as advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of frontline fundraising experience.
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for the Baltimore philanthropic community is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: \(65,000 - \)75,000, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits Include:
