Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and address incoming requests, calls, emails, and communications for the executive.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics while adhering to budget constraints.
- Serve as the main liaison between the executive and various internal and external departments.
