Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental units to verify compliance with established property standards.
- Perform cleaning tasks as required to meet and uphold property standards.
- Ensure the replenishment of approved minimum standard inventory (MSI) items in units as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with both field and office staff.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or damage found during inspections.
- Provide guests with essential information regarding property services.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Liaise with homeowners to address any cleaning-related inquiries or issues.
- Prepare units for owner reservations by staging them according to our rigorous standards.
- Mentor the EHI team, ensuring adherence to established cleaning protocols and standards.
- Assist field staff with additional duties as needed to support operations.
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation (eligible for mileage reimbursement).
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in residential housekeeping and within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional verbal communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from \(13.50 to \)16.50.
