Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients through effective oversight and supervision.
- Facilitate open communication between families and healthcare professionals regarding clients’ health and emotional needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ needs annually and biannually.
- Revise care plans as necessary to guarantee optimal client safety and care.
- Collaborate closely with office staff to manage care coordination and documentation accurately.
- Active RN license in West Virginia.
- Minimum of one year of professional RN experience in the United States, with a preference for home care experience.
- Current CPR certification.

- Competitive Salary Range: \(60,000 - \)65,000, based on relevant home care experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.
