Key Responsibilities
- Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to each class session.
- Deliver impactful lectures and facilitate project-based learning (PBL) across various hospitality topics.
- Guide students in their academic pursuits and assist in reaching their educational objectives.
- Assess and monitor student progress through diverse evaluation methods.
- Maintain accurate academic records for reporting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
- Participate actively in quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with teaching methodologies.
- Organize and lead field outings for students to enhance practical learning experiences.
- Contribute to program enhancement by participating in committees.
- Provide academic advising to promote student growth and retention.
