Job Title: Lodge Housekeeper

Job Overview

As a Lodge Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards within our lodges. This role is crucial in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their experience is both comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold our mission to “Bring Joy to Our Customers Every Day” through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work closely with the Lodge Manager and Head Housekeeper to prioritize and execute daily tasks effectively.
• Start your shift by assisting in the disposal of refuse and soiled linens, maintaining an organized and pristine environment following each guest’s departure.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols for all lodge areas, including guest rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Conduct thorough disinfection of bathroom fixtures and surfaces, ensuring guests’ health and safety.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and any additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure guestroom amenities are replenished and rooms are prepared to our esteemed standards.
• Clean accessible windows, ensuring a clear and inviting view for our guests.
• Undertake detailed cleaning tasks, including wiping down furniture, washing dishes, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Restock cleaning carts and linen storage as necessary, maintaining inventory and communicating supply needs to the Head Housekeeper.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity and comfort with cleaning products and supplies.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, kneel, climb stairs, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent follow-through on instructions and adherence to established processes and policies.
• Basic proficiency in typing and using communication devices.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining a clean and appropriate appearance.
