Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Take ownership of project execution, ensuring high-quality implementations and minimizing risks associated with network failures.
- Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress, generate insightful management reports, and actively participate in status meetings to keep all parties informed.
- Uphold quality control standards throughout all stages of project development, making timely adjustments to schedules as needed.
- Manage intricate billing processes and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the accounting department, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA G702/G703 progress billings, maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions.
- Strong expertise in managing change control, budget oversight, and delivering projects on schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in data networking, Wi-Fi, and voice applications.
- Ability to provide technical support to team members, clients, and vendors.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong focus on detail and process improvement.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to customer service, with a team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, management, or a related discipline is preferred. Alternatively, seven years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the information technology sector; experience in the hospitality field is advantageous.
- A minimum of three years’ experience with Aruba and Ruckus technologies is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE2 certification would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with AIA billing processes is preferred.
