Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Engagement Designers, Engagement Specialists, Project Managers, and Clients to produce materials for public initiatives.
- Design and create print collateral such as flyers, postcards, and information sheets.
- Develop digital materials, including websites and social media graphics.
- Uphold client brand standards across all deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate focus groups and meetings to collect insights and feedback.
- Identify and adopt innovative practices to enhance deliverables.
- Support proposal and business development initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and expertise in marketing communications.
- Proficient in assessing client needs and ensuring service quality.
- Familiarity with the engineering, construction, and planning industries is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Skilled in the creation of both print and digital materials.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and marketing communications or a combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field from an accredited institution.
