Key Responsibilities
- Steer and mentor a high-performing team of National Account Sellers to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and empower top-tier sales talent, nurturing a culture focused on achievement and professional growth.
- Strategize and implement a comprehensive sales approach tailored for the hospitality and retail sectors.
- Own and manage an annual revenue target, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and boost performance.
