- Greet tenants warmly by name, ensuring a personalized experience upon their arrival and departure.
- Manage our visitor management system with proficiency, ensuring guests are pre-registered and directed seamlessly to their destinations.
- Engage in daily operational meetings, proactively preparing for upcoming events and arrivals.
- Organize and ensure the timely delivery of tenant packages and courier services.
- Acquire and memorize key information about the building, including its history, available amenities, local restaurants, and community events, to provide informed assistance to tenants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all lobby-related activities and emergencies, demonstrating ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby environment while addressing any facility or IT issues through proper channels.
- Keep an accurate log of tenant preferences in collaboration with the hospitality team, contributing to a personalized service experience.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, including roles such as valet, doorman, front desk, or reception services.
