Compensation And Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from \(114,000.00 to \)135,000.00 annually, contingent on factors such as prior experience, skills, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with company matching, in addition to paid time off and various incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce and monitor compliance with all legal and marketing code guidelines within your team.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate the local on-premise team, offering constructive feedback, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment on market execution strategies.
- Manage financial responsibilities for the local unit, including account support and travel & expense planning.
- Devise, monitor, and implement brand and portfolio engagement based on performance data.
- Lead significant initiatives, including brand/category training, point of sale management, and implementation of brand programming.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance promotional resources and partnerships.
- Collaborate with complementary client programs for seamless execution in the market.
- Travel within the designated territory to engage with your team, understanding individual successes and challenges.
- Foster a positive team culture by celebrating successes and supporting local initiatives across the agency and with clients.
- Proven experience in strong customer relationship management.
- Exceptional budget management capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiencies.
- Strong persuasive selling and negotiation acumen.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain flexible hours, including occasional travel.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience within the spirits industry, with a preference for agency experience.
- Experience in a field-based role, with management experience considered advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks while upholding agency compliance standards.
