Position Overview

This remote position is exclusively available to candidates residing in Florida, Maine, Ohio, and Texas. You will report directly to the Director of Business Operations, playing a crucial role in providing support to both our team and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dedicated assistance to the Director of Business Operations.
  • Support a diverse range of clients as needed, ensuring their requirements are effectively met.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while enhancing internal processes to improve service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients' upper management and their staff, collaborating with both internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Strategically organize and prioritize work to ensure that client needs are addressed, organizational objectives are achieved, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in an administrative capacity, ideally supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, along with a willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, challenging environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality across various organizational contexts.
  • Self-motivated individual with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Availability to respond to urgent requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate support and assisting brokers is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Active Campaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive is preferred.
  • An associate degree or higher in administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
