Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary executive support to senior management, addressing both professional and personal needs with efficiency.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their priorities are prioritized and expectations surpassed.
  • Serve as the central communication hub, facilitating clear and professional dialogue among clients, upper management, and team members.
  • Skillfully manage complex scheduling and calendar oversight, ensuring seamless organization for busy executives.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and transportation, to streamline clients’ journeys.
  • Offer essential administrative support, encompassing typing, dictation, and managing filing systems and databases.
  • Plan and execute client events, ensuring all details contribute to their success.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively devise solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative capacity, directly supporting senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and confident delivery.
  • Exceptional time-management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, demonstrating a strong affinity for technology.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, exhibiting a professional phone presence.
  • Flexible availability to respond to urgent requests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing support in the real estate sector is an advantage.
  • Experience in assisting brokers is highly regarded.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in administration or related fields is preferred.
