Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation inquiries and assist with bookings, guest arrivals, and room assignments.
- Support initiatives to convert OTA bookings to direct reservations.
- Ensure accuracy of future reservations and fulfill guest requests.
- Address guest inquiries regarding dining, transportation, and hotel services.
- Process Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for the Sales and Reservations teams.
- Manage weekend site notifications and provide phone coverage for the Reservations team.
- Maintain expertise in the Maestro software system to ensure accurate hotel reservations.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by hotel management.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hotel sales and guest service with the ability to connect with individuals both over the phone and in person.
- Detail-oriented mindset, capable of producing high volumes of work while ensuring accuracy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on meeting critical deadlines.
- Proficient in problem-solving and creative thinking, especially in challenging guest situations.
- Understanding of business phone etiquette and sales techniques.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred experience in hospitality or guest service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to various software systems.

- Pay Rate: $24/hour
- Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, In-person or Remote (Colorado)
- Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and one additional weekday; 9 AM - 5 PM
