Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in diverse civil defense litigation matters, including insurance, personal injury, business, and commercial disputes.
- Oversee cases from inception to resolution, including preparation for trial.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to devise effective litigation strategies.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to ensure smooth progression of cases.
- Adhere to all legal regulations and standards while addressing the needs of clients and the firm.
- Strong research, writing, and communication abilities.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing (CA or NV).
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, particularly in insurance, personal injury, business, or commercial law.
- Willingness to meet a billable hours requirement of 1850.
