Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in diverse civil defense litigation matters, including insurance, personal injury, business, and commercial disputes.
• Oversee cases from inception to resolution, including preparation for trial.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to devise effective litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to ensure smooth progression of cases.
• Adhere to all legal regulations and standards while addressing the needs of clients and the firm.
