Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including but not limited to insurance, personal injury, general liability, professional liability, and construction defect.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in AZ or ability to be admitted within 1 year of employment.

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
