Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an associate to join the Defense Litigation practice in its Phoenix office.

Position Requirements :
- Must be admitted to the Arizona bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial litigation, product liability, Section 1983 prisoner liability defense, and / or personal injury defense.
- Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, legal memoranda, and strong academics.
- Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required.
- Nevada bar admission is a plus, along with admission in other states where Hinshaw has offices.
