- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with reservations and inquiries.
- Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Participate in comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our software and service standards.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience; call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Enthusiasm for camping and helping others plan their outdoor adventures.
- A cheerful and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Aptitude for teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive starting pay at $16.75 per hour.
- Opportunities for flexible scheduling, ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week based on availability.

- Orientation Date: February 27th, 2025 (9:00 am - 2:00 pm CT, remote)
- Start Date: March 3rd, 2025, with training sessions scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CT for the first two weeks.
- Office Location: Kenosha, WI
- Candidates will be required to complete a Spanish bilingual language assessment prior to starting their role, with scheduling confirmed ahead of orientation.
