- Enter guest reservations accurately into our property management system, ensuring all information is correctly captured.
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and clarity, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Process guest payments and adhere to company cancellation policies while assisting with diverse projects as required.
- Engage in monthly team and agent incentive programs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
