Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Client Development Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in executing our sales strategy to drive growth and innovation. This remote position allows you to collaborate with influential leaders across diverse sectors such as dairy, food ingredients, life sciences, and manufacturing, while addressing unique challenges faced by our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within targeted prospects.
  • Develop and sustain robust client relationships that transform into strategic partnerships.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to successful closure and beyond.
  • Assess client needs and success metrics to tailor our sales approach effectively.
  • Establish long-term trust with clients through a consultative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Analyze client purchasing data to inform sales strategies and market positioning.
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities aligned with commercial milestones.
  • Utilize CRM systems for tracking sales metrics and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to drive demand generation and lead development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and continuously enhance both technical and commercial knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales and business development, particularly with complex global manufacturing clients.
  • Experience in technical product/service environments is advantageous, with a preference for those familiar with process membrane separations.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% as required for client engagement.
