- Formulate and implement comprehensive program plans, making essential decisions to maintain project timelines.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring effective communication and the successful resolution of action items.
- Organize and facilitate scientific and medical advisory boards to establish clear decision points and assess data.
- Keep abreast of developments in the disease area, standard treatment protocols, and the competitive landscape.
