Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all segments of clinical trial operations, from initial planning through execution and data management.
• Formulate and implement strategic approaches to guarantee high-quality data collection and operational excellence.
• Foster relationships with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), vendors, investigators, and essential stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to your team members, facilitating their professional growth.
• Assist in developing comprehensive clinical trial documentation.
• Perform data analysis and create reports to monitor progress and identify potential areas for enhancement.
• Remain informed about the latest clinical trial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 8 years of clinical operations experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment.
• Proficient in project management and adept at problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH), and FDA regulations.
• Passion for rare diseases or Central Nervous System (CNS) conditions is advantageous.
