Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of recovery homes, ensuring a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents.
- Provide encouragement and support to residents as they pursue their recovery objectives.
- Foster a positive and uplifting living environment, enabling residents to flourish.
- Ensure adherence to program policies and procedures, including conducting drug and alcohol screenings.
- Collaborate effectively with staff members, community organizations, and referral agencies.
- Assist in maintaining facility safety and the overall well-being of residents.
- A minimum of two to four years of experience in related fields such as social services, human services, or recovery support.
- A solid understanding of recovery principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- A strong commitment to supporting others and advocating for recovery.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Relevant experience of two to four years in social services, human services, or related recovery support fields is required.
- A foundational knowledge of recovery principles and best practices is essential.
