Key Responsibilities
- Politely welcome and identify clients.
- Collect essential billing information.
- Assist with third-party connections as required.
- Securely link interpreters to client calls.
- Strive to deliver outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations through hospitality, problem-solving, active listening, and efficiency.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a knack for connecting with diverse individuals.
- Strong attention to detail in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Capacity to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
