Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Collect necessary billing information accurately.
- Assist with third-party connections as required.
- Securely link interpreters to client calls, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations through effective problem-solving, active listening, and reliable service.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience with a stable work history.
- Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proof of internet connection speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A college education is advantageous but not mandatory.
