As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting our clients with troubleshooting and resolving hardware integration challenges in conjunction with our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support for hardware and software inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Aid customers in the integration of hardware devices with smart applications, guiding them through setup and configuration.
  • Provide support through email, chat, and phone to troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and escalate intricate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and ensure a positive experience with our offerings.
  • Work with smart home devices such as smart locks, sensors, and cameras, providing specialized guidance and assistance.
  • Exhibit flexibility in your working hours, as this role services clients across EST, CST, and PST time zones.
  • Note: This role entails 10-30% onsite installation support for smart locks, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Hospitality SaaS platforms or Property Management Systems (PMS) is essential.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and hardware/IoT devices is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in technology or customer service support is required, with a minimum of 1 year in a technical support role within a SaaS environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
