Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Transaction Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Optimize power purchase agreements (PPAs) to innovate transaction models that balance contract risk and improve procurement processes.
- Create and present engaging content that communicates complex procurement concepts to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and customer engagement teams to ensure accurate customer records and enhance relationships.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our advanced software platform, contributing insights for product innovation based on client feedback.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to our platform, providing valuable feedback on potential new features.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in renewable energy PPA origination, project management, or voluntary procurement.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, guiding and developing high-achieving teams.
- Extensive experience in PPA contracting across diverse regions in North America.
- A strong grasp of renewable energy market dynamics and development processes.
- Proven ability to discuss commodity market fundamentals and engage in high-stakes negotiations with confidence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce, and various project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), with Tableau experience being a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of North American compliance markets and Renewable Energy Certificates, with knowledge of Tax Credit Transfer agreements considered an advantage.

- Competitive Salary: \(160,000 - \)190,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
