Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute multi-channel demand generation initiatives (including email, paid ads, SEO, etc.) that drive lead acquisition and expand the sales pipeline.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance product engagement and revenue across the customer journey.
- Refine and develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our products and services, aligning with our company's tone and voice.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance at various stages of the funnel to identify areas for improvement and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities, informing both product and marketing strategies.
- Utilize customer insights to create impactful case studies, testimonials, and materials that enhance client engagement and support product adoption.
- Align product strategies with marketing initiatives to facilitate a seamless customer experience in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Work collaboratively on content strategies that support growth marketing efforts centered around thought leadership, customer education, and lead nurturing.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or product marketing, demonstrating a history of high performance.
- Strong background in SaaS or technology-enabled services, particularly in high-growth environments.
- Proven success in designing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive significant revenue growth.
- Experience in crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and substantial updates.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams in defining product strategy and executing impactful initiatives.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping, funnel optimization, and techniques for improving conversion rates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for diverse personas and segments.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess marketing performance metrics, recognize trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing and/or product marketing, with a demonstrated history of managing cross-functional marketing processes.
