Compensation And Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is between \(178,300.00 and \)323,500.00 USD per year, inclusive of potential sales incentives. Additional benefits include a comprehensive package featuring Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a Wellness Program.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of industry trends within enterprise payment acceptance and risk.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the B2B and consumer fintech ecosystem.
- Engage in active prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing of opportunities within the North America Digital Partnerships and Fintech segment.
- Meet and exceed revenue and bookings targets (quotas).
- Foster relationships with high-potential partners and key decision-makers within these organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuous product enhancement.
- Champion our value-based sales methodology and mutual success planning with clients.
- Maintain accurate updates on sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics to provide insights into market trends and competitive analysis.
- Proven track record in field sales or a related role.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage intricate negotiations with strategic clients.
- Strong comprehension of the financial services landscape, including key players, competition, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3 years with a PhD.
- 12 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6 years with a PhD.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technological solutions and articulate them effectively.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including risk factors and regulatory requirements.
