Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative team based in Lehi, UT. This hybrid role is perfect for individuals who thrive on building connections and are eager to contribute to the growth of businesses through our state-of-the-art artificial intelligence call monitoring and coaching software. As the initial point of contact for prospective clients, you will leverage your expertise in the sales process to foster relationships that set our Senior Account Executives up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative of our pioneering products and services while establishing strong rapport with potential clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to arrange meetings and enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media, to engage prospects.
  • Analyze prospects’ business challenges and present our solutions as avenues for improvement.
  • Qualify leads by assessing budget, authority, and business needs.
  • Maintain and manage all outreach activities within the CRM system.
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with a proven ability to meet objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
  • Competence in adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of surpassing expectations.
  • An empathetic listener and a persuasive communicator.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient personality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an SDR with a notable track record in achieving sales quotas is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong capability in communication and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
