Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conceptualize engaging events that resonate with our company objectives and brand ethos.
  • Create detailed operational plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Direct all phases of event execution, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish.
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
  • Formulate strategies to enrich attendee experiences and promote meaningful connections.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries related to events, ensuring exceptional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product/customer success teams to align event goals with overall business strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Assess event effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and analytical metrics, providing detailed reports with insights for future enhancements.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning, customer engagement, brand activation, or a related area.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive operational plans.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure environments.
  • An innovative thinker with a passion for crafting unique and engaging event experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in event planning and management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
