This position will also serve as the local Human Resources Point of Contact (HR POC), managing all HR functions and inquiries in accordance with corporate policies. You will work closely under the supervision of the Administrative Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level assistance to branch managers, including managing calendars and conducting necessary research.
- Act as a communication bridge between the local office and corporate management, addressing general inquiries and directing specialized questions to the appropriate divisions.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in office procedures and complete requisite employment documentation in coordination with HR.
- Coordinate orientation sessions with various departments and assist managers with office space requirements and system access arrangements.
- Organize staff activities for holidays and events, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule office-wide meetings and manage catering arrangements as required.
- Perform Notary Public duties as needed for the office.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely resolutions to issues.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
- Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, encompassing calendar management and confidential communications.
- Superior communication skills coupled with strong reasoning capabilities.
- A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of executive-level administrative experience, or an associate degree/college diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of experience and training.
