Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and management of organizational operations and programs.
- Formulate and execute policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics.
- Actively engage volunteers, board members, committees, partner organizations, and donors.

- Analyze and report on fundraising metrics, variances, and performance trends.
- Lead and mentor one full-time employee and one intern, fostering professional development.
